Waiting for yours? Check your email, including your spam folder — deliveries often land there the first time. If it has not arrived, the photographer may not have released your photographs yet.

Scanned a code and nothing happened? The sign-up link is specific to one event, and a photographer can withdraw it once the event is over. Ask them for a current one.
